Ingredients
- 500g beef skirt, diced
- Taco seasoning + lime
- 8 corn tortillas
- White onion, finely diced
- Fresh cilantro
- Salsa verde
Method
- 1Toss beef with seasoning and lime juice.
- 2Sear hard in a hot pan until caramelized.
- 3Warm tortillas over an open flame.
- 4Fill with beef, onion and cilantro.
- 5Spoon over salsa verde and squeeze lime.
