Ingredients

  • 600g chicken thigh, cubed
  • 1 cup yogurt + garam masala marinade
  • 1 onion, 4 cloves garlic, ginger
  • 400g crushed tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • Dried fenugreek leaves

Method

  1. 1Marinate chicken in spiced yogurt for 30 min.
  2. 2Sear chicken until charred, set aside.
  3. 3Sauté onion, garlic and ginger; add spices.
  4. 4Add tomatoes and simmer 15 min.
  5. 5Stir in cream and chicken, simmer 10 min.
  6. 6Finish with crushed fenugreek and serve with rice.
