Charred spiced chicken in a creamy tomato and fenugreek sauce.
Ingredients
- 600g chicken thigh, cubed
- 1 cup yogurt + garam masala marinade
- 1 onion, 4 cloves garlic, ginger
- 400g crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup cream
- Dried fenugreek leaves
Method
- 1Marinate chicken in spiced yogurt for 30 min.
- 2Sear chicken until charred, set aside.
- 3Sauté onion, garlic and ginger; add spices.
- 4Add tomatoes and simmer 15 min.
- 5Stir in cream and chicken, simmer 10 min.
- 6Finish with crushed fenugreek and serve with rice.
