Ingredients

  • 1 ball pizza dough (250g)
  • 1/2 cup San Marzano tomato sauce
  • 150g fresh mozzarella, torn
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Flaky sea salt

Method

  1. 1Preheat oven with a pizza stone to 260°C (500°F).
  2. 2Stretch dough to a 30cm round on floured parchment.
  3. 3Spread tomato sauce, leaving a border for the crust.
  4. 4Dot with mozzarella and a drizzle of olive oil.
  5. 5Bake 8–10 min until the crust is charred and bubbling.
  6. 6Finish with fresh basil and flaky salt.
