Ingredients
- 1 ball pizza dough (250g)
- 1/2 cup San Marzano tomato sauce
- 150g fresh mozzarella, torn
- Fresh basil leaves
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Flaky sea salt
Method
- 1Preheat oven with a pizza stone to 260°C (500°F).
- 2Stretch dough to a 30cm round on floured parchment.
- 3Spread tomato sauce, leaving a border for the crust.
- 4Dot with mozzarella and a drizzle of olive oil.
- 5Bake 8–10 min until the crust is charred and bubbling.
- 6Finish with fresh basil and flaky salt.
