Cloud-soft buttermilk pancakes with berries and maple syrup.
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups flour
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 egg, 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp sugar, baking powder
- Berries & maple syrup
Method
- 1Whisk dry ingredients together.
- 2Fold in buttermilk, egg and butter until just combined.
- 3Ladle onto a buttered pan on medium heat.
- 4Flip when bubbles form; cook until golden.
- 5Stack high with berries and maple syrup.
