Ingredients

  • Rich pork or chicken broth
  • 2 portions ramen noodles
  • Chashu pork slices
  • Ajitama (marinated egg)
  • Scallions, nori, corn

Method

  1. 1Heat broth and season with tare and sesame.
  2. 2Cook noodles until springy, drain well.
  3. 3Divide noodles into bowls, pour over broth.
  4. 4Top with pork, halved egg, scallions and nori.
  5. 5Serve immediately while piping hot.
