Ingredients
- Rich pork or chicken broth
- 2 portions ramen noodles
- Chashu pork slices
- Ajitama (marinated egg)
- Scallions, nori, corn
Method
- 1Heat broth and season with tare and sesame.
- 2Cook noodles until springy, drain well.
- 3Divide noodles into bowls, pour over broth.
- 4Top with pork, halved egg, scallions and nori.
- 5Serve immediately while piping hot.
